**Terms and Conditions**

1. **Booking and Payments:**
   - All bookings are subject to availability.
   - Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

2. **Cancellation and Refunds:**
   - Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure are eligible for a full refund.
   - Cancellations made within 20 days of departure may incur a cancellation fee.
   - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days of cancellation.

3. **Travel Documents:**
   - It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure all travel documents are valid and up-to-date.
   - Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months beyond the return date.

4. **Changes and Amendments:**
   - Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   - Requests for amendments must be made in writing and confirmed by Al Baraka Hajj and Umrah.

5. **Health and Safety:**
   - Passengers are responsible for their health and must comply with all health and safety regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. **Liability:**
   - Al Baraka Hajj and Umrah acts as a booking agent only and does not accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during travel.
   - Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.

7. **Force Majeure:**
   - Al Baraka Hajj and Umrah is not liable for any delay, cancellation, or changes to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or government regulations.

8. **Complaints:**
   - Any complaints or issues during the journey should be reported to Al Baraka Hajj and Umrah promptly to allow for resolution.

9. **Acceptance:**
    - By making a booking with Al Baraka Hajj and Umrah, passengers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
