REFUND POLICY

**Refund Policy**

1. **Booking and Cancellation:**
   - All bookings made with Al Baraka Hajj and Umrah are subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.
   - Cancellations must be requested in writing and confirmed by Al Baraka Hajj and Umrah.

2. **Refund Eligibility:**
   - Refunds are processed based on the cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
   - Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure are eligible for a full refund.
   - Cancellations made within 20 days of departure may incur a cancellation fee, detailed in the booking confirmation.

3. **Refund Processing:**
   - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days of cancellation request.
   - Refunds are issued using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed with the customer.

4. **Non-Refundable Items:**
   - Certain fees, taxes, or charges may be non-refundable as specified in the booking terms.

5. **Force Majeure:**
   - Al Baraka Hajj and Umrah is not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or government regulations.

6. **Refund Disputes:**
   - Any disputes regarding refunds should be reported to Al Baraka Hajj and Umrah within 30 days of cancellation.

7. **Policy Changes:**
   - This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. Customers will be notified of any changes.
