What countries do you operate in ?

Currently, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah authorizes our services in 10 countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Australia, England, the Netherlands, the United States, and Germany.
How can I book a pilgrimage package with Al Baraka ?

You can book a package by contacting our customer service team. Our representatives will guide you through the booking process and answer any questions you may have. Since January 2024, we no longer accept reservations on our website. All payments and reservations must be made directly through our customer service. If you have previously booked a package with us, you will have the option to pay on-site in Jeddah starting from September 1, 2024.
Are the flights included in the package price ?

Yes, round-trip flights from your country of departure to Jeddah are included in our package prices.
Do you offer support for charitable causes ?

Yes, we regularly support charitable initiatives and share verified fundraising campaigns for Palestinian families on our website. We believe in giving back and supporting those in need.
Are meals included in the packages ?

Yes, all our packages include full-board meals, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
How long is each Umrah journey in the Silver, Gold, and Super packages ?

The Silver Package includes 10 nights (5 nights in Madinah and 5 nights in Makkah). The Gold Package includes 14 nights (7 nights in Madinah and 7 nights in Makkah). The Super Package includes 25 nights (13 nights in Madinah and 12 nights in Makkah).
